In East Chicago, police continue to investigate a crash that killed two teenagers and injured five others early Sunday.  The Lake County Coroners office says 18-year-old Marco Alvarado of East Chicago and 17-year-old Eric Rodriquez of Gary suffered blunt force trauma and were pronounced dead at St. Catherine Hospital in East Chicago.  East Chicago Police Chief Mark Becker says the vehicle was traveling north on Railroad Avenue from 143rd Street at what investigators believe may have been more than 90 miles an hour, when the driver lost control and sheared off a utility pole, rolled over, then struck another utility pole before coming to rest.
