The Lake County Master Gardeners Association is again offering grants from $100 to $500 to schools, churches, organizations, businesses, or others who meet certain criteria. The grant money must be used for new or existing garden-related projects in Lake County, Indiana, and an educational aspect is preferred but not required. Nine grants were awarded in 2019. Grant Applications are due March 1, 2020 and will be awarded before April 1, 2020.
If you feel that you meet the requirements, or know someone who would benefit, you may obtain a Grant Application by contacting the Lake County Master Gardeners Association or calling the Purdue Extension Office in Crown Point at 219-755-3250.
