NIPSCO’S Annual Hope for the Holidays Campaign Helps Numerous Organzations

Merrillville-based Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) celebrated its 12th annual Hope for the Holidays campaign in 2024, uniting contributions from the NiSource Charitable Foundation, NIPSCO and NIPSCO’s employees to support a variety of community organizations serving northern Indiana. The utility company says in the most recent campaign, with generous grant support from the NiSource Charitable Foundation, NIPSCO donated $110,000 to 21 organizations across NIPSCO’s service area; additionally, employees contributed more than 650 toys to be distributed to seven local Toys for Tots chapters. “What makes Hope for the Holidays particularly heartwarming is the generosity of our employees, who enthusiastically work together to donate toys, ensuring our underserved neighbors can experience the magic of the holidays,” said Vince Parisi, NIPSCO President and Chief Operating Officer.
