Communities across northwest Indiana are getting a share of nearly $140 million in recently announced Community Crossings matching grants. Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb says nearly 14,000 miles of road and over 200 local bridges have been replaced or rehabilitated through this program since 2017. There are several Region recipients in the 2024 Fall call for projects; here is a link for the full list. A news release said the next call for projects will open in January 2025.
