Indiana State Police at the Lowell Post say multiple vehicles were involved in an accident around 6-o'clock this evening on the westbound side of the Borman Expressway (80/94) near Grant Street. Ambulances were sent to the scene, but the extent of injuries is not available at this time. There are very heavy westbound delays approaching the accident scene. Police report the left lane is blocked.
