Consumers are warming up to shopping and retailers are on alert as they announce more seasonal job openings. Online retailer Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) is the latest company to announce it is hiring extra hands for the upcoming holiday season. The Seattle-based company announced it is hiring 50,000 seasonal workers at its U.S. fulfillment centers.
