Dina Lohan, the mother of 26-year-old actress Lindsay Lohan, cried and flailed her way through an interview on 'Dr. Phil' today, slurring her speech, making fun of interviewer Phil McGraw, and seeming profoundly disoriented while talking about such subjects as her daughter's arrest record.
