Authorities at last check were still searching for a man suspected of allegedly robbing the TCF Bank, located in the Jewel-Osco building at Calumet Avenue and Ridge Road late this morning. Munster Police confirm the incident. The Times reports a man walked into the bank just before noon, handed the teller a note demanding money, indicated he had a gun, and fled the scene in an unknown direction with an undetermined amount of money. The suspect is described as a black man in his mid 20's, weighing around 220 pounds, wearing a blue t-shirt.
