Governor Mike Pence sent a letter today commending Indiana Senator Dan Coats for his work on the Sound Regulation Act, that was written to help Hoosier businesses focus on creating jobs instead of federal regulations.  Governor Pence says, that, "Every dollar not spent on regulatory paperwork is a dollar Indiana businesses can spend putting Hoosiers to work."  The governor praised Senator Coats for his leadership in introducing legislation designed to keep the tide of expensive federal regulations on businesses across the nation at bay.  According to the governor's office, in 2013, new state government regulations were reduced 55 percent in Indiana from the 2012.
