A Dyer woman killed in a motor-vehicle accident near Crete Thursday morning lost her life on the same roadway her twin sister and friends were fatally struck in a hit-and-run accident eighteen years ago, according to a story in the Times today. Illinois State Police say 29-year-old Sarah Sanaghan's Chevrolet Cruze was stopped at the intersection of Burville Road and Illinois Route 394 when her vehicle then went in front of a semi and was struck. In 1996, the Times today reports Sanaghan's 11-year-old twin sister Cari, and two other young girls, were struck and killed on Burville Road.
