
Admitted 9/11 plotter Khalid Sheikh Mohammed won the right from a judge at Guantanamo Tuesday to wear camouflage garb into the courtroom. Col. James Pohl, presiding over the military tribunal at which five 9/11 defendants are being tried, ruled at a hearing today that Mohammed can wear parts of a military uniform as long as they do not come from a U.S. uniform.
