Giuliana and Bill Rancic's Surrogate Suffers Miscarriage Sadly, Bill Rancic revealed to People magazine that he and wife Giuliana Rancic received some horrible news regarding their attempt at having a second baby. "The Apprentice" winner and his wife, who anchors E! News, are already parents to Duke, 21 months. Duke was born by way of surrogacy in 2012. "This whole season on 'Giuliana and Bill' we've been trying to have another baby," Rancic told People. "Unfortunately our surrogate Delphine who we love very much had a miscarriage. It's something that we didn't see coming. We were devastated." Rancic told the magazine that Delphine was nine weeks pregnant....
